Currently, we have sessions running on Friday evening (6:00-7:30) and Saturday from 10:00 until 2:00 pm. Our sessions cover all aspects of general gymnastics with bars, beam, floor work, tumbling, vaulting, and conditioning work too. We also follow British Gymnastics’ RISE Badge scheme so that every gymnast can learn new skills and progress.

Taster sessions are open for all who may be interested in joining our club. They provide potential new members to get a feel of our sessions, equipment, and classes. There is a charge of £15 per gymnast for the session. After the session, if you then wish to sign up - please let us know and we will be more than happy to provide you with all the information to join us the following week.
